What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Leadership Position position at BBSI?
The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a critical role in expanding BBSI's client base. You will lead sales efforts to identify and develop opportunities to drive revenue by identifying prospects with which BBSI can forge a successful, long-term partnership.
In this role, you will need to understand BBSI's solutions and expertise, and be able to identify those prospects that represent ideal partners. You will also need to build a channel of referral partner relationships that effectively generates qualified leads.
