About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Client Success Strategist to join our team at BBSI. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-million dollar business unit, consulting on organizational development and operational issues, and collaborating with client companies to educate, advise, and influence them on matters such as cultural development, change management, and growth strategy.
This is a full-time, exempt position that reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch. The ideal candidate will have prior P&L responsibility and accountability, organization and team development experience, and a consultative mindset with multiple clients/units experience.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to write, develop, and deliver successful presentations to all levels of an organization. Coaching, mentoring, and training experience are also required, as well as a proven track record in successfully leading high-performance teams.
