About the job:
Provide business planning and strategy development support to the business.
Support the COO in the planning and implementation of change and innovation initiatives.
Support the business in the identification of continuous improvement opportunities and the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness of the operating model and the performance of the support teams
Support the business in defining, developing and implementing the value proposition for each client segment, ensuring consistent alignment of the business initiatives.
Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to operating process performance, SLA’s performance, and others, as required by senior management.
Supporting the COO in tracking the KRIs for the area
Support senior management in developing comprehensive strategic plans and initiatives, including project coordination and execution, to expand the value proposition.
Governance
Supporting the COO in the end to end ownership, control and maintenance of the Governance model for GWA, including: collecting information from the different stakeholders for the meeting packs/presentations for the GWA’s key governance committees, serving as secretary to the committees, maintaining the committees’ decision logs, open actions logs (and following up on these till closure), presentations, charters, minutes, agendas and calendars
Coordinating and maintaining the required escalation process within the governance committees (local and global).
Maintaining and updating other governance related logs and documents, including but not limited to, authorized signatures chart, supervisory responsibility and org charts, BCP and succession planning logs, etc.
Project and Change Management
Manage all business development and change projects, including creating and maintaining workplans, tracking progress, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, employing proactive measures to maintain project success.
Create C-level presentations and reports that provide insights into business initiatives, Project status, key performance indicators, and strategic initiatives.
Support Senior Management with the planning and implementation of change projects and business initiatives
Manage and maintain all project related books and records as required by applicable regulatory requirements
Capabilities, Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics preferred
5 years of experience in Project/change Management, Private Banking, Client Experience or related roles, in the Financial/Banking industry
Previous experience working for a consulting firm, a plus.
Previous experience working for a Private Bank business servicing LatAm clients, including a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of high networth Clients.
Strong knowledge of the private banking industry and good understanding of the financial products, and services offered.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills; ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in strategy planning and business development techniques; proven track record of success in a similar role
Capacity to think strategically and develop comprehensive business plans.
Strong project management skills.
Previous experience implementing and coordinating business oversight structures and committees.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making and assess performance.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
