Highly skilled Project Manager specializing in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and Corporate Banking solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate digital channels, cash management, trade finance, and other GTB-related products such as API banking and Host to Host Integrations. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative corporate banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across corporate banking channels, including corporate mobile banking, corporate internet banking, and host-to-host integrations.
- Product Development & Management: Oversee product lifecycles for corporate cash management, trade finance, working capital, supply chain finance, funding product, inventory Finance, structure receivable, repurchase agreements, mass receivables, electronic platforms, among other.
- Regulatory and Compliance: Coordinate and ensure product offerings meet current and future market demands and regulatory standards.
- Corporate Payments and Compliance: Drive projects in the corporate payment domain, ensuring compliance with ISO 20022 standards, SWIFT messaging protocols, and other relevant regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors, managing project communications and fostering client satisfaction.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Corporate Channels Strategy: Collaborate with product teams to shape the corporate digital channels strategy, focusing on enhanced user experience, security, and market competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years’ experience in similar role at financial institution banking and capital markets managing Wholesale / Investment Banking projects, in particular around global transaction banking (GTB) and lending activities such as supply chain finance, working capital, trade finance, corporate cash management, syndicated and bilateral loans.
- Knowledge: In Banking and Financial Sector regulatory framework and familiarity with SWIFT, ISO 20022, Supply Chain Finance solutions and electronic platforms such as DEMICA, Trade finance Solutions such as KOMGO, TRADE360, payments solutions, and host-to-host solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and corporate clients.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or relevant banking certifications will be appreciated.
- Language: English Speaker, desirable Spanish as a second language.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with strong organizational and communication skills tailored to a corporate banking environment.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and create deliverable documents in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or organizational/job design and design future state processes gaining input and buy-in from multiple stakeholders.

With respect to this position in our Houston Office, the expected base salary ranges from $125,000 to $145,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
