Position Summary : A Risk and Control Assurer is responsible for evaluating and ensuring that an organization's non-financial risks are identified, managed, and mitigated. This role involves conducting assessments, providing recommendations for improvements, and ensuring that control frameworks are effectively implemented to safeguard the organization's assets and reputation.

Risk Assessment and Management :

• Identify, assess, and document risks associated with business processes, systems, and operations.
• Monitor emerging risks and trends to ensure proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Risk Control Specialists (RCS) to design, implement and maintain risk management frameworks.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
