The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or management consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within a manufacturing or B2B context. A Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is required, and an MBA is preferred. Proven expertise in significant strategic project management, change management, and stakeholder collaboration, especially within manufacturing or plant environments, is essential.
Experience in regional transformation and a strong background in industries such as steel, ceramics, or precision components, particularly in strategic automotive manufacturing planning, will be highly valued.
