Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hydrovac Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating hydrovac trucks and performing excavation tasks in a safe and efficient manner. This role is crucial in supporting various construction projects , ensuring that work sites are prepared and maintained to the highest standards. The Hydrovac Operator will work closely with other team members to execute tasks effectively while adhering to all safety protocols within our Company and for our Customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive hydrovac trucks for excavation purposes, ensuring precision and safety.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best approach for excavation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
- Available to work weekends as needed.
- Capable of completing required forms necessary during vacing projects to ensure office personnel is able to track the progress of each project.
Experience
- Previous experience in a construction site environment is preferred.
- Skilled and experienced to operate Hydro Vac Truck.
- Familiarity with operations of water truck usage.
- A valid class A commercial driving license required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
Must be able to show up on time with reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
