What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - 70% School and 30% in-home hours position at BCBA Connections?
We are looking for a full-time In-home and school based BCBA to join our team!
70% of these hours will be school hours. You do not need to have school experience. You make your own schedule.

What would you do?
- Design and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), other developmental delays, or behavioral concerns
- Train staff, caregivers, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans
- Assist with new-hire onboarding, including RBT competency assessments and renewals
- Conduct face-to-face supervision for clients in assigned region to maintain 10% supervision standard
- Assist RBTs in monitoring supervision expectations per the BACB regulations
- Conduct client’s team meetings in order to update the client’s treatment plan and to support behavior technicians and caregivers on the team
- Assess the client’s treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each client’s treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measured
- Conduct and write initial assessments and progress reports
- Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the client’s present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goals
- Consult with caregivers and school personnel
- Perform other job duties, as assigned

Who are we looking for?
- Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
- Active BCBA certification
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB
- Experience conducting a variety of assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, FBA
