Rori Care tackles key issues in autism therapy: inconsistent quality due to reliance on human expertise, limited accessibility in non-urban areas, high costs burdening families, a lack of customized therapy plans, and underutilization of valuable data from therapy sessions.

The company provides initial assessments, individual sessions, parent supervision, and group sessions. These services are detailed with specific CPT codes, emphasizing their structured and professional approach. Rori’s Behavioral Care AI uses LLVM to analyze sessions and provide automated analysis of behavioral data, aiding in the creation of behavior intervention plans and RBT task lists. Rori Care’s AI-driven solution manages therapy sessions, generates automated behavior assessment reports, and develops intervention plans, showcasing its commitment to technological innovation in healthcare.

Who are we looking for?

• Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
• Active BCBA certification
• At least 2 -years experience working as a behavior technician/RBT implementing ABA interventions with children with autism spectrum disorder
• Preferred: 1-year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training caregivers and instructors how to implement these interventions
• Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB
• Experience conducting a variety of assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, FBA
• Preferred: BCBA who is bilingual in Spanish and English
• Compassionate BCBA who works well in a team environment

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
