Who are we looking for?
- Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
- Active BCBA certification
- At least 2 -years experience working as a behavior technician/RBT implementing ABA interventions with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Preferred: 1-year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training caregivers and instructors how to implement these interventions
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB
- Experience conducting a variety of assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, FBA
- Preferred: BCBA who is bilingual in Spanish and English
- Compassionate BCBA who works well in a team environment
