What are the responsibilities and job description for the Configuration Specialist position at BCC?
Benefits Coordinators Corporation (BCC) is a third-party employee benefits administrator and a leader in developing services designed to help our clients run more effective employee benefit programs. We have been experiencing explosive growth and are currently looking for a Configuration Specialist to join the team, where they will coordinate group implementation, data gathering, group building, and renewal processes. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a role where you can be trained by and work with some of the top experts in the industry.
Job Functions Include:
- Conducts effective research and troubleshooting to navigate system related issues
- Collaborates with internal teams to pinpoint discrepancies regarding group rates, billing and eligibility
- Responsible for processing group renewals
- Collaborates on audit of invoice calculation, i.e. initial and renewal invoices
