As Program Manager - Asia Pacific, based in India, you will serve as the business and relationship owner of an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, providing consultative and strategic program guidance to customers.
Your responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate strong multi-level relationships within clients' organization, becoming the trusted partner for travel related matters
- Build awareness and knowledge of any strategic changes within the client organization and recommend formulation of “best-fit” strategy.
- Develop and execute business plans through strong understanding of client’s business strategy, goals, key priorities, and challenges
- Provide accurate client sales forecasting, through deep understanding of client business, as well as awareness of industry and economic factors.
- Proactively identify account risk and lead client retention planning, in alignment with regional and global strategy
- Capitalize on opportunities to improve account profitability and increase incremental revenue through pricing adjustments, technology introduction or other upselling opportunities
- Deliver quarterly business (or ad-hoc) reviews to clients, as well as provide recommendations that are aligned to client objectives / business plan
- Host client travel forums to address the objectives of the client
- Work in close collaboration with all internal functions, including Operations, Technology and Finance teams, to ensure client expectations are achieved
We're looking for you if your profile matches the following:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably within an account management or sales role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels comfortably
- Accustomed with analyzing, interpreting, and presenting large data sets.
- Commercially aware, resilient, and tenacious personality who thrives working independently or within a close-knit team
- Exposure in travel, airline and hotel industry would be advantageous but not essential
