About the Role

Join our dynamic team at BCD Meetings & Events as a Meeting Planner! In this exciting position, you'll be the go-to person for our clients' event teams, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Your mission? To represent the client brand while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to create unforgettable experiences.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute logistics for multiple client programs.
• Maintain planning timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Create and manage program budgets while ensuring compliance.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager (Meeting Planner - Life Sciences) is between $65,000 - $75,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget .
