We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to help grow our customer base, manage key accounts, and drive sales in the industrial ingredient and private label markets. If you’re a strategic thinker, skilled negotiator, and relationship builder with experience in food ingredient sales, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Growth – Manage existing accounts and actively prospect new customers in food manufacturing, private label, and related industries.
- Leverage AI & Sales Tools – Use AI-driven prospecting tools and Salesforce CRM to identify and track new sales opportunities.
- Own Key Accounts – Build strong relationships with Procurement, R&D, and QA teams, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Selling – Research and identify new business opportunities to expand BCFoods' market presence.
- Contract & Pricing Negotiations – Work closely with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies while maximizing profitability.
- Stay on Top of Market Trends – Keep customers informed about industry shifts, pricing changes, and supply chain updates.
- Deliver Customer Solutions – Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction, from samples and quotes to order fulfillment.
- Meet with Clients – Travel as needed (25% travel) to maintain and grow relationships with key accounts.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5 years of B2B sales experience in food manufacturing, private label, or industrial ingredient markets.
✔ Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.
✔ Comfortable using AI-driven tools to identify and qualify leads.
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Experience in contract pricing, forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
✔ Ability to work independently and think strategically to identify new opportunities.
✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience in the industry matters most.
