BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager (Supply chain) for an opportunity in Hillsboro, OR as Hybrid remote!

Job description:
- Work with engineering and export compliance to identify restricted/encryption technologies.
- Develop and maintains Intel product codes and Material Master numbers (MM#)Own and manage the product catalog for Intel Software Development Platform products in our order
management tool.
- Assist with customers on their forecast and demands, including closing on funding approval.
- Collaborate closely with final system integration partners both inside and outside of Intel.
- Communicate product availability with customers and helps manage allocation of materials as needed to meet Intel's needs.
- Ensure that our products are compliant with Intel Legal and Product Regulatory policies.
- Execute world-wide deployments via SAP, include customer notifications as required.
- Assist with product returns and reclaim handling. Effectively manage Raw Goods and Finished Goods inventory.
- Manage and disposition of obsolete materials in accordance with Intel policy.
- The IPM owns product shipment, management of customer returns, and disposition of excess/obsolete FG inventory.
- 2-3 years of customer service and/or business planning is a huge plus.
- **Must have proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP order entry and order management, and Project, (preferred but not required.)
- **Must have excellent written and - Verbal communication skills/Technique. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment required.
- **Must be able to elevate customer issues appropriately and resolve issues when possible, providing Proof of Delivery, etc..
- Knowledge of Intel's established policies, procedures and computer systems a huge plus but not required.
- BS degree is preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar. Otherwise, AS degree is acceptable with more exp.
- Must be detail oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, shipping product though SAP, must be SAP proficient.
