BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Accountant III for an opportunity in Burlington, NC - Remote!

• Experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).

• Validate data for migration to the new ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data cleansing, mapping, and validation for alignment between accounting systems and ERP.
• Analyze intercompany financial data to identify relationships and balances.
• Provide ad hoc support for ERP implementation initiatives.
• Support incremental accounting activities during transition periods.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Handle additional duties or special projects as assigned.

• 5-7 years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience working with global teams.

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Preferred: Oracle Fusion/Cloud experience.
