Job Opening: Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor (Contract: 3-6 Months)

Are you an experienced aerospace professional with a passion for teaching and empowering others? We re looking for a Mechanical Skills Instructor to join our team in Everett, WA, for a short-term contract position. This role is an exciting opportunity to share your expertise and mentor future professionals in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities
As an Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor, you will:
- Teach and guide students in electrical installations, including bonding and grounding techniques.
- Provide hands-on instruction in aircraft assembly, heavy structure drilling, and maintenance practices.
- Train students to interpret blueprints, adhere to production standards, and conduct functional tests.
- Facilitate understanding of aircraft systems operations, familiarization, and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in aerospace manufacturing, assembly, or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of aircraft structures, systems, and testing procedures.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to a diverse audience.
- Experience in training or instructional roles is a plus.
