Job Title : Senior Agile Scrum / Flow Master
Location : Durham, NC
Duration : 1 Year
Pay Rate : $61 / hr (W2)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agile Scrum / Flow Master to support agile teams in planning and implementing Epics and features that add business value. The ideal candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, track assignments, remove impediments, and coordinate release planning with technical leads. This role also involves supporting quarterly PI planning, driving continuous improvement, and guiding teams to agile maturity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and refine backlog items.
- Track assignments and remove team impediments to ensure timely delivery.
- Support release planning, PI planning, and status meetings.
- Measure and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Enhance agile transformation efforts across programs and portfolios.
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and other agile tools for progress tracking and reporting.
