BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Application Production Support Role opportunity in Charlotte NC .
Position Title : Application Production Support
Location : Charlotte NC and Plano, TX
Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Expected Duration : 12 months
Job Type : FULL TIME, CONTRACT, ONSITE
Pay Range : $55 / hr -$60 / hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Production Ticket / Issue Triage Job Description
Monitor and support applications for 100% SLA meets
On call support
Production Ticket / Issue Triage
Preparing RCA – Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document
Partner with Application team, CCO, application support teams to resolve the issue
Prepare and / or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis
Hands on experience with application support workload.
Write scripts to automate mundane daily BAU tasks
Willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs
Identify root cause in the code, perform break-fix activities in the code and / or DB
Follow the release management and code deployment process to migrate the code changes. If any.
Required skills
Consumer Banking / Financial domain experience
Java / J2EE
Splunk
SQL and log analysis Knowledge will be advantage
Production Support experience / Log analysis
J2EE, Spring, Microservice
Unix / Linux Scripting
Understanding on Database terminologies
ITIL Foundation Certification
Sound working knowledge on MS Office and MS Visio
