BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Rep – REMOTE for an opportunity in Indianapolis, IN.
Job Details :
Job Title : Bilingual Customer Service Rep – REMOTE
Location : Indianapolis, IN 46268
Duration : 12 months contract and possibility of extension
Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr. on W2
Shift : 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- MUST BE BILINGUAL IN FRENCH OR SPANISH
- Must be in Indiana location
- Initial 3 days need to be onsite and thereafter 100% Remote Work
Job Description :
To expedite the claims application process; to ensure correct case assignment; and to act as a customer liaison in assisting the customer with the correct contact person to resolve problems and / or questions.
