BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Admin / Data Entry / Billing Agent in Louisville, TN 37777
Position Title : New Billing Agent
Location : Louisville, TN 37777
Anticipated Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 12 Month Contract
Shift : Monday through Friday, from 8AM through 5 : 00 PM and Hybrid; 20 weeks (in-office training, then move to Hybrid model)
Job Description :
- The New Billing Agent will perform research, enter data, and process / adjust health care appeals / claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues.
- The Billing Agent will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice / escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client.
