BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business/Solutions Architect IV for a REMOTE opportunity .

Position Title: Business/Solutions Architect IV

Location: REMOTE

Anticipated Start Date: 03/17/2025

Expected Duration: 10 Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $85.55/hr-$95.48/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Qualifications

8 years of combined experience as a Business Architect or Solutions Architect with strong

knowledge of end to end HR processes and systems including talent management, core

HCM, performance management, compensation, payroll and benefits. Candidates should

have excellent communication, interpersonal & project management skills, with the ability to

collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of

LeanIX is preferred.

Business Architecture and HCM Domain Expertise: 8 years of experience in Business Architecture and HCM domain, with a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and systems.

Process Improvement and Automation: Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and document intelligent automation opportunities through technology to streamline workflows and improve overall process efficiency.

Stakeholder Management and Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Capability Maturity Model Expansion: Ability to expand Capability Maturity Model for the HCM domain by partnering with right stakeholders representing each dimension of capability maturity.
