- Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations and community stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and foster client loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the strategic planning, design, and delivery processes for their facilities.
- Lead the development of project strategies that align with the specific needs of healthcare facilities, ensuring solutions are tailored to their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects that promote operational efficiency, sustainability, and improved outcomes for both students and patients.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in Healthcare design, such as modern learning environments, wellness-focused design, infection control measures, and adaptable spaces.
Qualifications :
Professional experience in the AEC industry is required, with a proven track record in the Healthcare sectors.
The position demands a high competency in client service, strategic thinking, and facility design.
Ability to secure new clients while nurturing existing relationships is essential.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic with strong communication and organizational skills.
