BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Laptop Repair Technician in Portsmouth, NH
Position Title : Laptop Repair Technician
Location : Portsmouth, NH
Anticipated Start Date : Tentative start Date 02 / 24 / 2025

Expected Duration : 24 Months Contract with possibilities for extension
Job Type : Contract : 40hr / week
Pay Range : $23 / hr to $26 / hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description :
Portsmouth, NH / Laptop Depot Repair Technician(s) Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm
Break / Fix Laptops, desktops, and printers. NO Server break fix.
8 am to 5 PM (Monday – Friday)
Mostly laptop repair, and break fix. Maybe some light helpdesk
Interview process : 1 onsite interview
Responsible for Laptop repair in HP's Depot Repair program.
- Provide monitoring, acceptance, ownership and closure of calls in "Customer" call ticketing system & Hp system
- Diagnose / verify failures using supplied software tools and utilities.
- Provide part requests to facilitate repairs.
- Responsible for monthly service call reporting.
- May also be required to backup / assist in hp PMO.
- Maintain and adhere to pre-defined SLA's as directed by existing contract between Customer and HP.
