Job Title: Customer Care/Call Center ^ Customer Care Specialist - InboundDuration: 3 months contractLocation: Tempe AZ, 85282Anticipated Start Date: ASAP(Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.) Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)Pay Range: $17hr-$19/hr(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Work Schedule:Shift: 8AM - 5PM EST, Mon - FriOnsite training (around 30days), candidate can then work from home when able to work independently. DescriptionAs a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answers chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes. - At least 6 months of call center experience
- Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
- Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer's issues.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
- Able to understand and accurately communicate customer's needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to type 30 wpm
