Job Description :
- The Data Entry / New Billing Agent will perform research, enter data, and process / adjust health care appeals / claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues. The Billing Agent will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice / escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client.
