Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : One North Capitol, Indianapolis, IN 46204
Duration : 6 Months
Work Schedule : 100% in-office, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours / week
Job Summary :
Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to assist INPRS members with pension and retirement-related inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support regarding PERF, TRF, and non-PERF retirement and disability processes.
- Greet and assist members and guests with information and appointments.
- Track customer interactions and document accounts for efficient issue resolution.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 and INPRS-specific systems (ERM, INPAS, INPRS Web, Benefits Web).
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy while handling customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
- Participate in training sessions to expand job knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
