Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into company systems and databases.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in information.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance of records.
- Retrieve data as requested for reporting or analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency.
- Generate reports as needed and assist with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or related field.
- Proficiency in typing with a high degree of accuracy with 40WPM.
- Familiarity with data entry tools, databases, and software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
