Anticipated Start Date : Feb 2025

Expected Duration : 12 months Contract (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type : Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite

Pay Range : $ 17 / hr – $18 / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description :

The New Billing Agent will perform research, enter data, and process / adjust health care appeals / claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues. The Billing Agent will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice / escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client.
