About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our fast-paced Presentation Technology team supporting client Institutional Clients Group. In this role, you will ensure all marketing materials — including pitch books, deal documents, and templates — meet Client high standards for branding, accuracy, and design consistency.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, quality-focused professional with a background in document QA, editorial review, or brand compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on a range of client-facing materials (pitch books, deal books, templates, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and document templates
- Conduct document comparisons (version control), full reads, and editorial checks
- Collaborate with design and presentation teams to ensure materials are flawless
- Make minor edits (proofreader’s marks) where needed
- Track and log productivity and QA activity
- Understand and apply specialized vocabulary in financial materials
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in creative quality assurance, document review, or branding QA
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional command of the English language (grammar, syntax, spelling)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with corporate brand standards and visual design principles
- (Preferred) Experience in financial services or investment banking
- (Preferred) Knowledge of print production workflows
