BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technician : Engineering Laboratory – II for an opportunity in Chandler, AZ!
Position Title : Technician : Engineering Laboratory - II
Location : 5000 West Chandler Boulevard, Chandler, AZ 85226
Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Expected Duration : 12 months of contract
Job Type : FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, ONSITE
Shift Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Shift Days : Monday-Friday
Pay Range : [$25.23 / hr] – [$27.05 / hr]
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting failure analysis needed identify electrical & thermal mechanical package failures and supporting root cause understanding of new package technologies being developed.
