BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Video Conferencing Coordinator for an opportunity in Austin, TX!
Position Title : Video Conferencing Coordinator
Location : Austin, TX
Anticipated Start Date : 02 / 18

Expected Duration : 12 months contract Renewable

Pay Range : $25 - $28 / hr only on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Manager’s Notes :
- Not a technical role.
- This is a team of 15 came about as this team test customer experience with video conferencing. Do group framing people framing and other types for meeting rooms.
- Need to come into conference rooms when doing testing talk and communicated with people (having random conversation.) What you did this weekend? They are trying to mimic board room meetings to test camera experience. Different camera views like teams.
- Video devices have customer experience in it. Testing different modes. Or people framing each individual boxes.
- Left out of frame if you’re in dark color shirt They need to fix this in the test environment.
- Fix before it gets to customer and make adjustments if needed if there are issues.
