Job Description:
- The Documentation and Registration Specialist is a member of the Global Registration Team which is responsible for managing the market investment approval and account opening processes for markets that require foreign investor registration and/or documentation requirements to open cash and securities accounts.
- The Document and Registration Specialist will complete registration database updates and maintenance, and general departmental / team support functions which include varied clerical and related data entry tasks.
- The position requires an individual with a high degree of initiative, organization, accuracy, and client service skills.
Skills:
- Education level and/or relevant experience(s) - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills and a strong understanding of excel.
