KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize the floor inventory.
- Keep the area clean and free of debris
- Maintain proper labeling of shelf spaces
- Ensure all boxes are labeled with the correct inventory code
Ordering Inventory from the warehouse.
o Note the time and urgency of the order
o Follow the order through to completion and note the time the order was delivered
90% of the time its very light duty - less than 10 pounds
10% of the time they lift 25 to 30 pounds
Add inventory to work order and cart.
o Pick the correct amount of product, plus 5%
o For larger orders, use the count scale, count 10 of the envelopes.
o Using the count scale pick the correct number of envelopes, plus 5%
o Pick the correct amount of product, plus 5%
o Using the count scale, count 10 of the inserts.
o Using the count scale pick the correct number of envelopes, plus 5%
Delivery of materials via Powered equipment
o Note the time and urgency of the order
o Follow the order through to completion and note the time the order was delivered
