Job Title : Customer Service Associates
Location : Indianapolis, IN 46204
Duration : Long Term(May go up to 5 years )
Type of Work : 100% Onsite
Training Provided : Yes(2-3 months)
Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Job Type : Contract (40 hrs. a week)
Job Description :
- Responsible for assisting national marquee clients and members using a variety of platforms and services models including but not limited to the AT Your Service Model.
- Primary duties include , but are not limited to :
- Understands and communicate the benefit design packages to members as defined by employer.
- Interacts with members verbally and in written form to ensure appropriate engagement is achieved.
- Interprets plan, benefit design, resolves claim, benefit and enrollment issues while making a connection during the contract.
- Assist in increasing members engagement into appropriate programs and offerings.
- Acts as trusted advisor and educator on health care related inquiries.
- Experience in successful resolution of high level / sensitive customer service issues preferred.
