Hourly Pay Rate : $74 / hr (W2)

Job Overview
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support application rationalization efforts and business architecture initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across various state departments to analyze, optimize, and consolidate the portfolio of applications and IT systems. This role is crucial in aligning technology with business strategies, ensuring that the state's digital infrastructure remains efficient, scalable, and cost-effective .
Key Responsibilities
Application Rationalization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the current application portfolio , identifying redundant, obsolete, or underutilized systems.
- Analyze the lifecycle, performance, and value of existing applications to guide decisions on retirement, consolidation, replacement, or optimization .
- Support the development of roadmaps and strategies to streamline the application portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
