BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated IT Desktop Support in Aurora, IL
Position Title : IT Desktop Support
Location : Aurora, IL
Anticipated Start Date : Tentative start Date 02 / 10 / 2025

Expected Duration : 6 Months Contract with possibilities for extension
Job Type : Contract : 40hr / week
Pay Range : $28 / hr to 31 / hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description :
- 5-10 years of experience in an IT support role, primarily focusing on Windows and Office 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11).
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach to providing IT support.
