Job Description:
- This is a person who adds, updates, and/or removes lockbox accounts from the application (sets up the business rules needed to process the lockbox); this is NOT a production processor position.
- Seeking a person that has 2-3 years' experience working in a retail lockbox processing center using ImageRPS and Opex scanning hardware.
Candidate must be:
- Proficient with creating/updating lockbox profiles in ImageRPS based on client requirements.
- Understands how to read/interpret coupon specifications and translate that into ImageRPS and
- Opex scan jobs so coupons can be scanned/read successfully.
- Understands how to read/interpret output file specifications and translate that into ImageRPS so client data files can be produced.
- Understands how to dissect and review a data file based on output file specifications.
- Proficient with creating/updating Opex Falcon scan jobs based on client requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently based on high level instructions from managers.
- Able to work in a team environment where team members are remote.
