Job Title: Master Data Specialist
Location: Summit West (Hybrid - Onsite Tues, Wed, Thurs)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining master data that supports Cell Therapy treatment center account management. Your contributions will directly impact a rapidly growing portfolio, enhancing the patient treatment center experience globally.
Top Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in planning/scheduling, operations management, or master data management within a supply chain or patient operations setting is preferred.
- Experience with APEX, GPS, Oracle, SAP, or comparable planning/scheduling systems is highly desirable.
- Prior Cell Therapy experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain master data elements to support treatment center account management.
- Process and transform information from apheresis centers, treatment centers, and personnel into actionable master data.
- Manage additional master data elements related to Scheduling and Cell Logistics (SCLT).
- Work closely with regional teams (NorAm, EU, APAC) and matrix partners to refine and execute cross-functional processes.
- Assist in reporting and KPI tracking efforts.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders through in-person and virtual communication.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work practices, and documentation.
- Represent Scheduling and Cell Logistics in cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to future state development.
- Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship related to account management.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in master data management, planning/scheduling, or operations is preferred.
- Experience using APEX, GPS, Oracle, SAP, or comparable planning/scheduling systems.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid role with a minimum 50% onsite attendance required (Tues-Thurs).
- Remote work requires a consistent home office setup with internet access.
- Extensive computer and phone work.
Salary : $35 - $41
