BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated .NET Developer for a opportunity in Chicago, IL!

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Anticipated Start Date: 04/07

Expected Duration: 6 months contract Renewable

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [Hybrid]

Required technical skills:

• Dot Net, Dot Net Core, Node Js, Javascript, Svelte, Tailwind CSS, Typescript, Figma
• AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, AWS IAM
• Chat Platforms: Live person, NLX trained, Netomi

Responsibilities:

• Support Contact Center/IVR and LP (Live Person) Platform Development
• 5 years of .NET CORE and UI/UX development

LP Platform Development

• Manage end-to-end development activities, including Bot creation, FAAS, LP configuration, third-party Bot integration and widget creation
• Live Person (LP) support tasks

UI/UX Expertise

• Well-versed in MM UI/UX (Svelte, Node.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) for complete UI development and integration
• Leading a team to ensure on-time delivery of projects
• Involved in Figma designs, including the creation of designs for BRC

Backend & Service Development:

• Responsible for CPSL service development using .NET and .NET CORE
• Bot development on Netomi
