BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist opportunity in Pennington, NJ!

Position Title: Operations Specialist 

Location: Pennington, NJ

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 months

Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, HYBRID (3-days on-site/2-days WFH)

Pay Range: $22.28/hr

Work Scheduled: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Relevant coursework in finance a plus
• Previous experience working for a broker dealer or supporting a financial advisory team

Job Description

• As part of Wealth Management Operations (WMO), Investment Information Management Organization, the Operations Analyst role supports the Merrill Institutional Consulting Line of Business within Workplace Benefits.
• The Information Management Analyst is responsible for assisting with client onboarding onto the client’s Institutional Consulting performance platforms, reviewing performance data and returns within the performance platform, and providing support to the client’s Institutional Consultants and their teams.

Responsibilities:

• Complete client onboarding activities for performance platforms
• Review and validate performance data and returns on performance platforms
• Supports Client’s Institutional Consultant inquiries

Required Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience supporting an operational function at a financial institution
• Knowledge of investment products and vehicles
• Previous customer service experience
• Intermediate proficiency in excel required

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Relevant coursework in finance a plus
• Previous experience working for a broker dealer or supporting a financial advisory team
