BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated phone/universal banker for an opportunity in Denver, CO, USA!
Position Title: Phone/Universal Banker
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53212
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6 Months (High possibility to extend Contract or Permanent for right Candidate)
Job Type: [Contract/Onsite]
Pay Range: [$20 to $21.42/hr]
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

• Responsible for placing and confirming open-ended mutual fund and money market trades on behalf of supported business lines and their respective clients.
• Communicates timely and effectively with trust administration, investment officers, trade services, and various other departments as required.
• Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with mutual fund representatives and service providers.
• Candidate will need to have to have minimal trading errors as Bank will be liable.
• There is a minimum trade area goal so they will have to get though their que, and process accurately and not miss anything, and then cross check with their teammate.
• They will be working with the Money Market Trading team through Microsoft Teams messaging and meeting.
• Will interact with internal clients only.
• This team will be switching to a new system so there is a volume increase due to this.
• Looking for someone interested in possibly converting as that is always the intention and may become available.
• There is also chance of extension.

MUST HAVE

• Attention to detail, Effective Communicator both in person and virtually, MS Excel proficient, Sense of urgency

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience shown dealing with back-office operations and exposure to market finance through schooling is a plus.
• Minimum education requirements - Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years Operations Experience demonstrating having to work with numbers and to what capacity.
• Finance experience preferred.
• Business accounting economics, math etc.…
