BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated PM/Release/Change Manager for an opportunity in Pennington, NJ - Hybrid Position
Position Title: PM/Release/Change Manager
Location: Pennington, NJ - Hybrid Position
Anticipated Start Date: AprilPlease note this is the target date may subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 06 months contract (with possible extension)
Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite Position
Pay Range: $45/Hr - $49/Hr on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:- Change/Release Management
- BMC Remedy, Jira tools and someone who has done CRQ (Change Request)
- Prior experience with Financial Institutions is preferable
Organizing the release of project deliverables and related activities.
Change management focuses on the people side of change, ensuring organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
Leading Go-Live activities, coordinating with various departments to ensure successful product delivery.
Managing release processes for code through development, test, and production environments.
Continuously working towards improving the release process.
Producing deployment run books and implementation plans1.
Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans.
Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
