Account Processor
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Processor for an opportunity in Owensboro, KY
Position Title : Account Processor
Location : Owensboro, KY 42301

Expected Duration : 6 Months
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.

Requirements :
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Familiarity with MSP or DOCV / MIR is a plus.
Job Description :
- Process income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
- Mail out packages related to Assumptions and Subordinations.
- Assist in a phone queue to answer customer questions regarding Assumptions and Subordinations.
- Interact with customers and internal / external clients via phone and email.
Collaborate with peers and management in person
