BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Insight Production Worker for an opportunity in Vincent, IA!
Position Title : Insight Production Worker
Location : Vincent, IA
Anticipated Start Date : ASAP
Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration : 9 Months with possible extension.
Job Type : 40 hours a week, ONSITE
Pay Range : $19 / HR
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description :
Need to be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Warehouse is not heated and can be cold in the winter.
Corn seed bagging and palletizing.
Soybean seed treating, bagging, and palletizing.
Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities.
Must be able to interpret and follow written production orders including quantities, lot numbers, and labels.
All training and instructions typically given on the job.
Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job.Skills : Excellent Punctuality. Solid communication skills. Great interpersonal skills. Flexible.
Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
Ability to pass forklift training test.
Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. Basic Math. Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge : Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines. Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc. Education : high school diploma or equivalent Steel Toed Shoes Required.
