MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in a technical or business related field4 years of experience in contract management supporting a wide range of transactional mattersExperience managing processes, identifying and implementing process improvements and project managementExcellent communication and writing skillsAttention to detail, with an ability to spot errorsStrong analytical and organizational skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or relevant role Must-Have Skills1. Contract Management: Ability to independently manage complex contracts from inception to termination, including proposal preparation, review, and contract compliance.2. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and writing skills to engage with stakeholders, manage customer relationships, and provide functional support.3.
