BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Rio Rancho, NM !
Position Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Rio Rancho, NM (Hybrid)
Anticipated Start Date : 02 / 03 / 25

Expected Duration : 12 months contract renewable
Job Type : [FULL TIME (>
30 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]
Preferred Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Force)
- Experience with sales enablement Software (e.g. Outreach, Insides Sales)
- Familiarity with MS Suite
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
