Job Type : Contract, Remote
Salary Range : $47 / hr - $57 / hr.

Job Description :
Well respected health care system is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the Image Management Systems unit on a 1-year contract. With appropriate training from technical staff, the selected candidate will be responsible for daily triaging and resolution of incoming ServiceNow tickets related to applications supported by the unit. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. This is a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform daily triage and resolution of ServiceNow tickets related to supported applications.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues while escalating complex cases as needed.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to develop proposals considering business cases and alternatives.
- Regularly review and update applications to ensure currency and functionality within the established environment.
- Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications across various locations.
- Produce and maintain system documentation, including requirements, designs, resource inventories, and plans.
- Provide technical leadership and support to other team members.
- Work effectively across departmental organizations to gain consensus from stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between departments and vendors, ensuring efficient issue resolution and escalation when required.
- On-call support may be required for 24 / 7 system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, including 1 year of demonstrated technical experience OR Associate's degree with 7 years of experience, including 1 year of demonstrated technical experience.
