What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician: Manufacturing - II (Evening) position at BCforward?
Shift Hours: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
Shift Days: Sunday- Tuesday e/o Saturday
Pay Range: [$24.58/hr] - [$26.27/hr] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Job Responsibilities:
- Operates complex equipment and analytical tools, processes, state of the art 12'' silicon wafers in a clean room environment, which requires appropriate gowning. 3
- Technicians are gowned in a gore suit that covers them from head to toe as they perform their work duties.
- Multi-tasked responsibilities may include minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, non-standard processing and problem-solving.
Primary job duties:
- Variety of routine operations supporting wafer fabrication in a specific functional area.
- Position requires working efficiently from standard procedures and specifications.
- Technicians work 12-hour shifts and spend the majority of their time standing to perform the work.
- Some, if not all, tasks performed require repetitive motion to an extent.
Candidate must meet either experience or education requirement:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Semiconductor cleanroom.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in production with a focus on utilizing computers/software.
- Any level II Mfg. Tech postings in AZ require an AS degree or military exp in lieu of.
