Job Title : Trade Support Specialist
Contractor : 3 to 6-month contract with possible extension
Location : Newark, DE 19713
Pay Rate : $25.52 / hr.
Job Responsibilities :
Support the servicing of complex and non-standard loan products that require extra diligence and critical thinking.
Communicate frequently with the various front and middle offices to ensure seamless support of the business.
Work closely with Financial and Product control to ensure accurate reflection of month end income / P&L.
Action all scheduled and unscheduled loan activity on a daily basis.
Monitor and investigate cash and other exceptions such as past due loans, payable & receivable balances, and other items that pose financial risk to the firm.
Manage clients borrowing bases to accurately determine how much the firm is willing to lend to them
Perform daily reconciliation between clients cash and position reporting to accurately capture the value of portfolios
Qualifications :
Loan IQ knowledge would be a HUGE plus
Loan maintenance operations experience
Relevant experience, working for a bank previously in accounting, finance / internships in the financial industry
