- Training Specialist Expert Role
- Location : Jacksonville FL
- Contract Role : 12 Months
- Pay Rate : $35 / hr to $40 / hr
Role and Responsibilities
o Delivers various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, skills-based) in a virtual environment.
o Utilizes adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods and media.
o Delivers nationally developed curricula consistently.
o Manages the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer.
o Possesses knowledge of course content and materials.
Qualifications
o Ability to sit for extended periods for virtual training delivery.
o Reliable personal internet connection and computer equipment.
Skills :
o Leadership and Interpersonal : Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to effectively lead groups and individuals.
o Problem-Solving : Advanced problem-solving skills.
o Technical Proficiency :
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning technologies, particularly Zoom and Adobe Connect.
o Training and Development :
Skilled in facilitation skills.
o Professionalism and Organization :
Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
o Business Acumen :
Strong understanding of business concepts and practices.
